Pébéo Phosphorescent gel is slightly tinted in four different shades so that the colors can be seen in daylight — except for colorless green, which dries completely clear. Also, you must apply it thickly with a painting knife for the best results. In addition, the gel is translucent and indelible after drying and is available in 5 colors.
